Üdvözöllek a The202Chronicles YouTube csatorna blogján. Ahogy a csatornán, úgy itt is a piros C-Osztály a főszereplő. A blogot azzal a szándékkal hoztam létre, hogy a javításokkal foglalkozó videók tartalmát itt átiratban is elérhesse az, akinek szüksége van rá. A terv szerint itt részletesebben írom majd le a műveleteket, több cikkszámot is feltüntetve - ez utóbbit a videókban is szeretném majd a jövőben bevezetni.

OM605 és OM606 A Mercedes-Benz utolsó Bosch adagolós dízelmotor típusai... DOHC, előkamra, takarékosság, dinamika és a jól ismert kle-kle-kle-kle alapjárat. A 90-es években bemutatott, OM602 és OM603 motorok frissítéseként értelmezhető motor párost a kor szellemében több akkori modern fejlesztéssel láttak el: EGR szelep, fojtószelep (a motorfék gyengítésére), ECU-s motorvezérlés és - ami minket most érdekelni fog - EDC (Electronic Diesel Control, azaz Elektronikus Dízel Vezérlés). Az EDC rendszer egy új adagolót is hozott - elvben ugyanaz, mint a korábbiak, azonban a gázpedál mozgását már nem bowden, hanem egy jeladó-szervomotor páros továbbítja, a leállításért pedig ugyanez a szervomotor, illetve az elektromos leállító szelep felel a korábbi vákuumos megoldás helyett.
